Aerotek is hiring for Welder to work Production Environment

• 4 Day work week!

• OT available

• Paid weekly

2nd shift hours - 4 x 10 hour days

Description:

• The Welder will be responsible for reading blueprints and work orders, understanding weld symbols, then setting up and fitting metal parts to be welded.

• Perform MIG Pulse Welding on the metal to create a final product.

• Grinding and polishing the final product is a must.

• The welders will work mostly hands on, but may use robotic welders for certain projects.

• It is also expected that every employee will be cross trained and utilized in other areas when needed: press operation, fabrication or simple assembly tasks depending on workload.

Desired skills/Abilities for position:

• Mig Welding Experience-1+ year experience

• Blueprint comprehension

• Tape measure

• Math

• Problem solving
