Axient is seeking a Virtual FMP Facilitator candidates to assist the 27 Special Operations Wing (27 SOW) at Cannon AFB, NM to meet operational readiness and sustain in-place forces to fulfill worldwide Combatant Commander (COCOM) missions.
The Virtual FMP Facilitator manages, schedules, administers, and assists with the planning Full Mission Profile (FMP) and virtual FMPs training sessions.
Facilitator tasks include performing information assurance, serving as the equipment custodian, and other administrative duties.
FMP Facilitator works with mission profile planners and training session operators to provide systems availability and support for planning and virtual sessions.
The FMP Facilitator ensures systems are up to date with software and security updates and performs as computer systems custodian while supporting planning and training sessions with administration of supported systems as needed.
The FMP Facilitator is responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting the SOW's specific computer systems and programs.
The FMP Facilitator ensures network availability to all system users (e.g. system capability and user interface with Patriot Excalibur (PEX), Training Management System (TMS).
The FMP facilitator supports network administration and security requirements including network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
The position requires flexibility and the ability to shift priorities and workloads based on mission changes.
Successful candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of AF and Special Operations Forces (SOF) organizational structures, functions and procedures, as well as command relationships and responsibilities.
Although this position does not perform services directly related to daily flying operations, the FMP Facilitator must have at least one (1) year of background experience in or similar to that function, but not necessarily aircrew experience.
Facilitators require minimum supervision.
Candidate must have the ability to make decisions in support of daily operations and the work to be performed in accordance with contract requirements.
Candidates must be efficient in the use of Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Candidate must possess strong oral and written skills and be able to assist and make recommendations to Government officials based on functional duty expertise.
They also must be able to track and monitor suspense systems, screen incoming correspondence (oral and written), review written correspondence for correct classification markings and ensure decisions and directives are properly disseminated to Government officials.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Masters Degree and 2 years experience OR
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience OR
Associates Degree with 5 years of experience OR
High School Diploma with 6 year of experience
Must be able to assist and make recommendations to Government Officials based on functional duty expertise
Must be able to track and monitor suspense systems, screen incoming correspondence (oral and written), review written correspondence for correct classification markings and ensure decisions and directives are properly disseminated to Government Officials.
Must meet all COVID requirements and protocols.
