Timeshare Sales Representative

Adecco has immediate openings for a Timeshare Sales Representative in the McGaheysville, VA area.

The Timeshare Sales Representative is tasked with promoting and selling vacation ownership products to potential customers by showcasing the resort's amenities and services. They conduct tours, present sales pitches, and work towards meeting sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Presenting Timeshares: Explain the benefits and features of timeshares to potential buyers using presentations and promotional materials.

• Engaging Customers: Discuss customers' vacation preferences and needs to find a suitable timeshare option for them.

• Closing Sales: Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial interest to finalizing the sale, including negotiating prices and explaining contracts.

• Handling Paperwork: Complete all necessary sales documents accurately and ensure that all transactions comply with legal standards.

• Following Up: Keep in touch with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any subsequent issues.

Skill Requirements Must-Have:

• Ability to deliver sales presentations\

• Strong customer service skills

• Effective negotiation abilities

• Basic understanding of loan computations

• Valid state Driver's License for transporting customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Previous timeshare or general sales experience

• Experience in customer service roles

Friday- Tuesday, Hours Vary

Pay: Commisiion based pay $40,000 and up

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
