TIG Welder

Pay: $20.00-24.00/hour (overtime available)

Job Description:

• Ability to weld tig within 1-4g positions- Low Gauge 19-22- Stainless; Aluminum

• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine sequence and methods of assembling components

• Understanding of welding cutting equipment - bandsaw, plasma cutter, puncher, etc;

• Trim, file, grind, sand, deburr, buff and smooth surfaces using hand tools and portable power tools.

• Lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines on material applying knowledge of shop math and layout techniques

• Weekends work required sometime

Weld test is taking 2 pieces of 16 gauge sheetstock with a plate behind it-- 1/8" gap fillet weld.

Math & Measuring / Read ruler to 1/16th inch.

• Environment: Indoor

Shift:

·1st - 7:30am- 3-4pm
