    This position is responsible for executing training for all repair technicians in the service operation. This team member will be responsible for scheduling and delivering training, post-training follow-up, documenting training, evaluating trainees, testing/certification, and developing training curriculum.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Remains committed to helping the business unit long after initial solutions have been applied; follows up post-training to ensure the training delivered is actively being followed to achieve desired outcomes.

    • Works and collaborates effectively in dynamic environments.

    • Builds professional capability by acquiring new knowledge and applying said knowledge appropriately.

    • Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practice 5S and safety.

    • Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including technical training or working other shifts as needed.

    • Ambitious and driven to identify problems in each process and adapt training as necessary to be as effective as possible.

    • Sufficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

    • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate team shifts. Self-directed in work and time management, while also having the ability to follow a strict training schedule as needed.

    • Stays focused during times of uncertainty or change.

    • Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn all facets, functions, and protocol of the role that is being trained on.

    • Looks for new ways to improve training

    • Works and collaborates effectively in unstructured or dynamic environments.

    • Ability to train others on and transfer knowledge and skills to effectively communicate what the trainee needs to know, and why they need to know it.

    • Possesses the following knowledge, skills and abilities required of role:

    • Effectively present in small or large groups using current and professional materials; able to manage group dynamic during presentations.

    • Efficiently manage time.

    • Successfully manage trainees, processes, and material resources to achieve desired outcomes.

    • Draw all members into active and enthusiastic participation.

    • Handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.

    Physical Demands

    • Standing for long periods of time while delivering action-oriented training.

    • Speaking/presenting information for extended periods of time.

    • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

    • Must be able to perform job being trained on.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Training experience highly preferred.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

    • Proficient at presenting in Microsoft Teams

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

    • Knowledge of High Jump WMS and Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle preferred.

    • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
