Learn about our roles

GIS Technician 1

Supports the production of map-based work with a heavy focus on paper/static maps using ESRI suite tools. Uses third party, non-traditional mapping platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) to produce outstanding aesthetic work.

GIS Technician 2

Produces quality map-based work, both static and web-based map projects Using a combination of geo-spatial, analytic, and graphic design skills. Consults with sales professionals to define project requirements, investigating various approaches to attain end results.

GIS Analyst 1

Consults, communicates, and markets our location intelligence department capabilities to sales professionals and their clients. Also provides core data analytics support to internal and external clients across business lines, such as; retail, industrial, office, capital markets.

GIS Analyst 2

Demonstrates deep proficiency and understanding of GIS concepts, practices, and procedures to build and deliver analytical work across business lines for both internal and external clients. Consults with sales professionals and their clients on most appropriate applications to guide business decisions.

GIS Specialist 1

Speaks to and sells Location Intelligence stories and solutions directly to clients. Crafts solutions for client challenges by weighing all factors, including data options, and advising course of action. Participates in sales pitches or web-based demos focusing on a single line of business and/or highly specialized GIS discipline. Develops specialized, web-based, location intelligence deliverables, using a combination of analytic, programming, data management, and graphic design skills.

Serves as a formal mentor for a team of GIS Professionals. Displays mastery in their respective GIS- related discipline while also having proficiency in all other aspects of Location Intelligence.

GIS Specialist 2

Displays GIS mastery and is proficient with other aspects of Location Intelligence. Leverages general and specialized expertise to produce highly custom deliverables. Supports larger and more complex clients, and responsible for leading the research & development for location intelligence needs specific to their specialty. Also partners with specialized departments (e.g. valuations or labor analytics) that leverage GIS data and systems differently.
