Sr. Oracle Project Manager/Solution Architect

Requirement Details:

The ideal candidate is an accomplished veteran experienced in managing large scale,

global Oracle ERP implementations in a consulting capacity. He or she would bring to

the table 'best practice' implementation expertise by drawing upon knowledge and

proficiency from past ERP experiences. The candidate possesses exceptional program

management skills, has outstanding business acumen and is a polished presenter. The

individual must be results oriented with proven "hands on" experience as the "person in

charge" of delivering complex application and business process integration initiatives on

time and on budget.

The candidate must have held management roles on at least 5 Oracle implementation or at least 3 R12 Upgrade projects, was the overall program manager (i.e. "person in charge") for at least 3 full implementation cycles or 2 Upgrades (from beginning to end). At least one of these full implementation cycles must have been on Oracle Fusion cloud.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to follow solid project management

principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. He/she must be

comfortable working in a matrix management environment and has strong influencing

and negotiation skills to deal with customer (business) stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 Years Oracle ERP project management experience is required with

proven experience of leading virtual teams.

• Knowledge or experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is required.

• Demonstrated experience working in an aggressive, fast-paced, highly energetic

environment with demanding schedules

• Cut-Over planning, Knowledge of R12ERP & SaaS Cloud architecture

• Hands-on experience in either Oracle SCM, Finance or CRM domain

• Demonstrate a high level of energy, has strong initiative, and is able to motivate and

lead at all levels of the company

Remote position with travel required.

Salary Range $97,300 - $140,112
