  • In this hybrid role, you will develop and implement analytics and data reporting to guide Service Solutions sales team strategy and tactics to boost business. Lead a team to support Service Solutions Sales with KPI management, multi-vendor analytics, and install base retention and expansion, while leveraging your operational expertise. Under the guidance of the Director of Service Solutions Sales Operations Analytics, you will execute these crucial deliverables with the Service Leadership team.

    Your role:

    • Develop Health Systems Service Solutions Sales business intelligence reporting and analytics, lead new Installed-Base Analytics projects as the subject-matter-expert and Master the Installed Base data set and performance metrics. Work with support teams to create, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other solutions using Tableau, Salesforce, QlikView, and Einstein, while managing and leading projects across multi-functional teams to improve order, visibility, and predictability.

    • Use macro and micro analysis to identify trending patterns, challenge existing processes to improve and automate reporting in order to predict performance gaps. Develop business reviews and presentations. Developing customized presentations for intended stakeholders to aide in managing their business and making sound decisions based on the analysis of data and provide insight regarding the interpretation of data/trends (i.e., explain the 'what' and 'why' of data results).

    • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, including third-party and virtual team members. Lead a highly engaged team to sustain high customer satisfaction while increasing team value and business output. Providing team members with a motivational vision and constructive feedback as needed.

    • You have 10+ years of sales, finance, operations, and/or customer service-related experience.

    • Your skills include strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, formulate insights, and present compelling cases to leaders for action in addition to possessing advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required - i.e., modeling, advanced formulas, etc.), experience with ~~~ (preferred) and data management and reporting tools.

    • You have a Bachelor' degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (required)

    • You will possess excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management and continuous improvement skills, with the talent to manage multiple projects and balance competing deadlines while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
