  • What you can expect?

    The Senior Finance Manager, Sales is to provide business partnering and financial support to the Sales organization.

    About the Team

    The Sales Finance team works closely with Sales/Go-to-Market support and brings expertise in Sales Processes, Compensation Plan Design, productivity management optimization and Quota development, as well as Channel Processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Building a financial roadmap to operationalize bookings and hiring plans with cross-functional stakeholders: Lead quota setting discussions, and manage functional expenses.

    • Developing a view of market opportunities and risks in order to make recommendations on optimizing sales resources through the planning cycles.

    • Being a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership, co-leading executive presentations, preparing BoD/ Executive Management presentations.

    • Being a subject matter expert on Sales segmentation definitions, Sales Booking policies, Sales Compensation policies in order to resolve disputes and deliver speedy resolutions. Exposure and understanding of Channels.

    • Partnering with Sales Operations on Sales Capacity, Target/Quota development, productivity management optimization and oversee Sales headcount.

    • Extracting insights using structured frameworks and communicate recommendations in a precise and concise manner.

    What we're looking for

    • 12+ years experience in Sales FP&A, GTM Finance or Sales Operations in a SaaS, B2B, multi-product environment.

    • Have a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

    • Have experience understanding the channel.

    • Experience with Anaplan .

    • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to engage with c-level stakeholders.

    • Possess proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

    Salary Range or On Target Earnings

    Minimum

    $121,600.00

    Maximum

    $266,000.00

    We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
