    Our innovative and growing company is seeking for a talented individual to fill the role of Staff Software Engineer. This position is located at ARA's Emerald Coast Division in the city of Niceville, Florida on the gulf coast of Florida.

    The Endgame Framework team is looking for ambitious software professionals who would like to contribute to the advancement and support of this software architecture and associated weapon effects applications. Endgame Framework is a cutting-edge software architecture that is used across the U.S. Department of Defense. Endgame Framework provides advanced development features, including reusable software modeling constructs, 3D geometric model interrogation and visualization, integrated Graphical User Interface (GUI) constructs, executive control across multiple processors, and a comprehensive set of M&S tools/utilities.

    Applicants should possess a deep understanding of advanced software constructs and programming concepts using C++ in an object-oriented architecture. Applicants should also have good communication skills and a solid understanding of mathematical/physics concepts applicable to modeling and simulation solutions.

    Software Engineer Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science, Computer Science, or related fields.

    • 2-4 years of experience in software development using C++ US Citizen, able to receive and maintain DoD Security Clearance

    Software Engineer Required Skills:

    • C++ software development with a good understanding of advanced software constructs and programming concepts

    • Familiarity with CMake build system.

    • Good understanding of mathematical and physics concepts

    • Good communications skills and aptitude to work with a team of developers and customers.

    Additional Consideration for:

    • Familiarity with Continuous Integration pipeline development and maintenance

    • Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT

    • Familiarity with Qt

    • Experience with Google test framework

    • Experience with Docker and Alpine Linux
