Shorthand Designer

Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative has a client in need of a Web Page Designer. This is a freelance opportunity anticipated to be up to 10 hours of work per week. Must be comfortable with freelance work and variety of minimal hours.

Responsibilities include

• Take pages/stories that Web Developer produces and make them more visually appealing regarding where images are placed etc.

• Ensure strict brand guidelines are met

• Take the lead on building stories with copy document and image packaging

• Provide recommendations and feedback for additive visuals, content treatments, and graphics to create an immersive experience that is visually aesthetic

• Work in Shorthand (similar to WordPress or Squarespace, requires no coding)

Requirements

Qualifications include

• Experience designing web pages

• Shorthand experience, or experience working in something similar such as WordPress or Squarespace

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required

• Experience working with developers

• Candidate should have their own technology to work off of
