    Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for a large pulp, paper, and energy company in the Charlotte area. Within the role on a day-to-day basis, this person will:

    • receive a customer request for a new part that has broken on their machine (typically a boiler).

    • After receiving the customer request, this person will work within ERP systems and Salesforce to check pricing, inventory, and location of the part needed.

    • They will then communicate with the customer to give them a quote, get the order from the customer, enter it in the system, and keep the customer informed on the part's delivery date.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Associate degree

    • order entry and handling, spare parts experience, manufacturing background

    • 1-5 years of customer service experience and/or training

    • Good computer skills in ERP, SAP, Salesforce, OR any system utilizing order entry

    • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Understanding of the manufacturing environment

    • Hands-on experience

    • Logistics in their background

    • Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics null
