    Job Summary

    POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Receptionist to work for the Corporate Administrative Services Group in our Fort Worth, Texas office. The ideal candidate must reside within a commutable distance from our office, as this is an in-office role requiring presence five days a week.

    Responsibilities

    This position provides reception support for the Fort Worth office as well as backup support to other POWER offices on an as-needed basis.

    • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls

    • Monitoring and forwarding voicemail

    • Greeting all guests and visitors while following proper safety protocol

    • Coordinating meetings, lunch arrangements, and entering associated invoices

    • Assist Office Arbitrator with daily location-specific tasks

    • Location tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating local events, and processing invoices

    • Miscellaneous staff support duties as assigned, including travel coordination and expense report entry

    • Work in office five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm CT

    Required Education/Experience

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

    • Strong organization skills

    Desired Education/Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    • Experience in the customer service field is a plus

    • Self-motivated, team player

    • Detail oriented

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Able to work within a structure of established procedures and processes

    • Microsoft Teams experience
