Job Title: Project Manager Supporting New Ride for Epic Universe in Orlando, FLJob Description

Hiring a Project Manager immediately to support a new attraction at the brand new Universal theme park Epic Universe in Orlando, FL that is opening in Summer 2025.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Management experience, come from the theme park industry, have a mechanical engineering background , and be confident working directly with the Universal team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of engineers specializing in the commissioning of theme park attractions. Your key duties will include contract review and understanding, relationship development, and maintaining contractual obligations for the site phase of the project. Controls knowledge will serve as a significant advantage in this role. The position involves working closely with the Universal team and other vendors onsite.

Job Type

This is a contract position expected to run through October 2024.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orlando, Florida.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, splitting their time between the park and other locations. The current shifts vary between 2nd and 3rd shift (11AM to 7PM and 6PM to 4AM) five to six days a week.
