  • Adecco has partnered with a growing construction company in the Nashville area that is looking to hire a Project Manager for their team.

    The project manager spearheads projects, orchestrating details from inception to completion. With a focus on precision and safety, you'll lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, development, coordination, and direction of projects.

    • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, budgets, schedules, and scope of services.

    • Supervise project execution and site layout design.

    • Prepare proposals, schedules, and cost estimates for energy projects.

    • Collaborate with senior management, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives.

    • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to team members.

    • Manage project task schedules and ensure quality control standards are met.

    • Initiate permitting through federal, state, and local agencies.

    • Prepare bid documents and participate in client management activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate.

    • PE license preferred.

    • Experience in oil/gas pipeline related projects.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software.

    • Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.

    Pay Details: $850,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
