Production Supervisor

Aerotek is seeking a Production Supervisor for a reputable manufacturing

facility in Nashville, TN! This opening is an urgent need and can start ASAP!

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Nashville, TN

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $60,000 - $75,000

Job Details:

• Responsible for 10-13 production associates at a time.

• Must assure that production, quality, and breakdown information is clearly communicated to next shift supervisor and team leaders.

• Will be responsible for tracking production and KPIs on a daily basis and reporting information.

• Will be production scheduling and create day to day action plan based on demand, labor, and materials available.

• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in an OEM or Supplier automotive environment.

• Experience managing a production line.

• Experience in continuous improvement.
