    CMTA is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with expertise in the architecture and engineering field to join our dynamic team to support the Texas market. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that communicate the cutting-edge engineering solutions our company provides to the A/E industry nationally.

    Requires a strong drive to succeed, be a self-starter, and desire to grow with a fast-paced firm. The position will work within a marketing and business development support team to coordinate proposal and technical responses, track RFPs and RFQs for the firm, and support business development activities by fostering relationships with key partners and identifying new market opportunities to drive growth.

    The primary local office location is Dallas, Texas. The position includes healthcare insurance (medical/vision/dental), a generous 401k plan, potential profit sharing, and other competitive benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare responses to requests for proposals and requests for qualifications by collaborating with technical engineering teams

    • Assist with the development, maintenance, and organization of marketing collateral

    • Interact with leaders and project managers to develop and update project summaries and resumes

    • Undertake special projects, such as award submittals, interview support, etc.

    • Organize and attend regional marketing and business development organizations and events

    • Conduct market research to identify project and relationship opportunities for promotion and growth

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field

    • 5+ Years of proven experience in marketing and/or business development in the AEC industry.

    • Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts.

    • Proven experience preparing responses to detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and high-quality marketing materials, with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of computer applications used in a professional design office such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

    • Team-oriented professional willing to invest in their future and grow professionally
