  • Description:

    Operator will need to learn a variety of jobs including blending, intake and more to ensure product quality and conformity in order to meet customer standards and specifications.

    Operator will be required to pass all applicable testing that is required for these areas.

    Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations.

    Records data collection materials.

    Comply with HACCP and GMP protocols for production.

    Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements as trained.

    Maintain safe work practices at all times.

    Ensure good housekeeping in working area.

    Perform monthly/weekly preventative maintenance program.

    Demonstrate high degree of ownership for product quality, understanding of production schedules and work instructions.

    Perform other tasks as negotiated with supervisor.
