  • Job Description:

    Overall Purpose: Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs for new or existing products or services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Plans and implements marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with field and partner teams to identify new marketing opportunities. Prepare marketing activity reports. Promotes customer awareness and field sales effectiveness through marketing communication projects. Consults with product management to assess program impact. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Forecasts future marketing needs by applying advanced marketing principles, theories and concepts to create and design strategic responses for various marketing projects. Typically assigned long-range projects requiring diverse marketing theories and techniques. May require considerable working knowledge of other major areas and the skill to integrate and communicate that information. Considered an expert within the discipline.

    Summary:

    • Market Subject Matter Expert, responsible for driving profitable growth at the local level through field marketing and distribution tactics.

    • Aggregate and analyze local market opportunities and trends while leveraging current performance and local market dynamics.

    • Identify key competitive threats and demographics within the market and build effective strategies to differentiate and compete effectively.

    • Spearhead comprehensive and timely communication of marketing initiatives executed in respective market to local market leaders and across the organization.

    • Establish an operating cadence with the local market leaders and cross functional partners to ensure alignment on current marketing strategies and partner to ideate new marketing initiatives to drive multi-product household growth.

    • Maintain up to date knowledge of products within AT&T's portfolio and associated leadership goals to drive thoughtful strategy and growth within associated market.

    • Responsible for understanding and ensuring marketing campaign performance reporting is effective to guide strategic marketing decisions; Examples: Test vs. Control methodology (TvC), Lift %, CPIGA, ROI, Churn, Gross Ads, Penetration

    • Ability to adopt quickly to change, optimize marketing campaigns where necessary and communicate both positive and negative impact of initiatives executed in the local markets with leadership.

    Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree.

    Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility. Marketing experience preferred.
