Job Description
The Vice President of Sales, Europe is responsible for driving our client's business in Europe. In addition to prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new agency and brand clients, the VP of Sales will work with senior leadership to further develop and implement brand-direct and large agency sales strategies for the European market. The ideal candidate is eager to spearhead new efforts, has extensive experience in programmatic ad sales and is highly self-motivated. They will be responsible for navigating the full sales cycle from prospect to close, focusing on in-house brands and large agencies. It will be their job to build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success. They will work with internal teams to build custom plans and exceed client expectations. They will be the first employee in the EU so this person must be open to helping our client expand the company's footprint in the European market.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years in digital ad sales, 5+ years in programmatic ad sales
Extensive industry relationships within the European market
Extensive experience prospecting, cold calling, and setting meetings
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven success in completing full sales cycle
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's Degree -- Communications, Journalism, or Business preferred null
