    Job Description:

    Conduent State and Local Solutions is a premier provider of diversified business process and information technology outsourcing solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide. We are a leader in providing technology-based services to State, County, and Local Government clients, focusing on transaction processing, program management, and systems integration services. Conduent includes hardware and software to enable cities to enforce their Parking Management Systems, including handhelds and printers used on city streets by Parking Enforcement Officers.

    Reporting to the Information Technology Manager supporting our clients, the

    IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

    Provision of direct client support for parking and moving violation Information Technology services to Boston Regional Office clients. Responsibilities include providing operational analysis & support of the contracts. All oversight responsibility for all projects will come from the IT Manager. Ensure all processes are efficient and effective in producing optimum output and meeting contractual compliance. Ensure all clients are satisfied with the contractually provided hardware and software performance. This person must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Candidate must have the ability to change priorities quickly throughout their workday.

    Responsible for ensuring that the client's operations perform to the contract's required levels. Provide for the completion of operational functions at client sites, including:

    • Coordinate all project activities' operational and contractual aspects, including implementations.

    • Provide direct support for desktop PCs and printers at the required client sites.

    • Provide technical and hardware support to Parking Enforcement Offices at client sites.

    • Provide any handheld training our clients require, including route accompaniment.

    • Ensure all operations follow the department standards, requirements, and performance metrics.

    • Complete daily updates and client expectations using Smartsheets.

    • Be a subject matter expert in our eTIMS parking/ moving violations system.

    • Develop detailed system documentation and provide system training on new initiatives.

    • Coordinate with outside groups, including our Helpdesk IT Services, to address all issues.

    Education and Typical Years of Experience

    BSBA degree plus a minimum of 2+ years of solid computer/ business experience. Proficiency w/ MS Office Suite plus Access. Must have strong interpersonal skills, plus excellent verbal and written business communication skills to interact with our clients and provide exceptional customer service. ?

    Minimum Technical Experience:

    • Working on client projects that provide close to one million dollars in work in hardware implementations and training of staff.

    • Documentation and Communication skills are essential.

    • Smartsheet experience is preferred.

    • The person needs to be motivated and have a car. Locations are close to each other.

    • Candidate must have experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and networking ability.

    • Candidate must have a team-focused mentality to be a part of a small, close-knit group.

    • Candidate must have strong attention to detail.

    • Candidate must be solid

    • Maintains task-based queue or work completed tickets.

    Other Duties:

    • Provides hands-on support for installations and troubleshooting local infrastructure issues.

    • Assists Engineer / Sr. Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions.

    • Maintains documentation.

    • Provides onsite and remote assistance as needed.

    • Participates in planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog

    • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
