Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of work including preventative maintenance and assisting in repair of building and grounds in assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• Some previous building maintenance experience within apartment complexes or hotels is preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Must have a valid driver license

• Must be able to speak and communicate in English

Pay:

• $26 to $30 an hour

Location:

• Seattle, WA (South Lake Union)

Shift:

• 1:00PM - 11:00PM; Monday - Friday (must be open to working weekends and have flexibility to work 1st shift)
