    Job Summary and Qualifications

    The Maintenance Tech is skilled in repair and maintenance of building structures. Job involves proficiency in electrical trouble shooting, diagnosis and repair of facility electrical systems. Job involves skills in several trades, most commonly general repair, painting and carpentry. An employee in this class is responsible for performing task in accordance with standard practices of the building and construction trade.

    What you will do in this role

    • As the Maintenance tech, you will be responsible for assisting in departmental/hospital projects, as his or her skills are needed.

    • You will participate in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.

    • You will maintain cultural and diversity awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and all other customers.

    • You will promote a supportive, team-work oriented environment.

    • You will fulfill departmental responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the facility.

    What qualifications you will need

    • 5 or more years experience in healthcare related building construction

    • 5 years experience in hospital related electrical systems repair.

    • This is a PRN or as needed position
