Skills & Qualifications:

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in finance, dealership, or strategic planning

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot table, advanced modelling skills)

• Database query knowledge

• Knowledge of vehicle sales, parts, service, strategy and/or business ops preferred

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

Desired Skills

• Planning, forecasting, & organizing with results orientation focus

• Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills required

• Handles deadlines and work independently (self-starter)

• Proficient in ERP dealership systems (Procede/Excede preferred)

Description

• Analyze forecasts, planning, cost control, and budget reports - Analyze monthly and year-end reporting and analyze/review monthly budget variances; Submit schedules for each forecast and budget.

• Coordinate budget planning and evaluate project analysis - Coordinate and consolidate all divisional budgets. Review budgets and variances to identify and correct issues. Assist in analyzing monthly and quarterly projections. Evaluate various projects for ROI and other KPIs.

• Prepare ad-hoc analysis - Reprioritize tasks to include additional analyses requested by management or corporate finance.
