    As an ERP Program Director, you'd lead the planning, execution, and completion of the Brink's Financial ERP implementation globally. Responsibilities include working cross functionally with IT, Finance, and the implementation vendor to deliver on the organizational goals. Additionally, you'd be involved in risk management and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, as well as be responsible for the overall timelines and budget of the ERP implementation. You'd have the IT Project Lead and the Business Project Lead reporting directly to you.

    Summary of responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the Financial ERP implementation globally aligned with the overall organizational strategy.

    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members.

    • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and technology requirements.

    • Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain clear communication channels with the Executive Steering committee and project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project stays on track.

    • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

    • Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, track expenses, and ensure financial resources are used effectively.

    • Vendor management: Work closely with the vendor responsible for the financial system implementation, ensuring their deliverables align with business expectations.

    • Problem Resolution: Address issues and conflicts within the team promptly, finding effective solutions to keep the project on course.

    • Adaptability: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting the project strategy as needed to incorporate relevant advancements.

    • Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including SOX, as well as internal policies.

    • Closure and Evaluation: Facilitate project closure activities, conduct post-implementation reviews, and document lessons learned for future projects.

    Minimum requirements

    • BSc degree in computer science, finance, or equivalent

    • At least 5-8 years of experience implementing Financial ERP for multinational companies

    • Experience managing the overall program including communicating with senior leadership

    • Project management certification
