    You will be a part of the Hematology R&D Electrical Engineering team and report to the Electrical Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of electrical engineering design projects for both new product development and on-market products, sustaining engineering activities to ensure reliable product designs. You will work cooperatively with other engineering disciplines, including Systems, Mechanical, and Software Engineering. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and on-time delivery of results.

    In this role, you will have the following opportunities, but are not limited to:

    • Design and analysis of mixed analog and digital circuits for new product development and sustaining projects.

    • Create designs of experiments, test protocols and test summary reports, obtaining conclusions from experimental data and proposing recommendations.

    • Support design changes, sustaining and reliability activities for avoiding line downs in manufacturing.

    • Interact with a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, system, firmware and software engineers to support verification and validation activities.

    • Support and interact with external partners during the development process for closing technical gaps in a timely manner.

    The essential requirements of the job include

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience.

    • Proficiency in using OrCAD or Altium Designer.

    • Skills in writing electrical specifications and requirements following industry quality standards for internal and external partners.

    • Analytical thinking and skills on using lab equipment for characterization, troubleshooting and testing of electrical circuits.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Other relevant skills/experience include:

    • Experience programming in Arduino or other electronic prototyping platform.
