The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Dual Rate Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

$21.00 - $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games

• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents

• Greetguests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information

• Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members

• Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to games rules

• Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license

• Minimum of 2 years of professional gaming dealing experience required

• Have standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games

• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills

• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift.

• Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
