    Job Summary: Responsible for leading and managing the division operations to ensure safety, financial, and people targets are met. Champions safety as a priority for all employees. Proactively supports Safety staff in achieving company safety objectives. Manages division-specific safety recognition and audit programs. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing staff on developing growth plans, expanding customer accounts, and resolving customer issues. Cultivates and maintains relationships with key decision makers at existing and target client companies. Ensures division compliance of company policies and procedures. Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports. Collaborates with other division managers and operation managers across the company. Minimum of 10+ years of experience required (project manager background preferred)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Trains, directs, and evaluates Project Managers and Supervisors in providing directions, and support. Motivates Project Managers and Supervisors and maintains high morale. Achieves gross profit objectives.

    • Contribute to the growth and cross-selling by positioning services from multiple subsidiaries within your territory.

    • Clearly communicates with current customers and actively delivers to expectations. Promptly and efficiently resolves customer complaints. Participates with other unit/department personnel to resolve customer complaints where necessary. Provides superior customer service to clients by focusing on customer needs and utilizing company resources efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals; determines the overall method of approach in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures.

    • Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division.

    • Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement.

    • Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.

    • Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.

    • Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of new division staff members.

    • Working with the financial department to plan and develop your division's monthly budget.

    • Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues to senior management.

    • Working with the HR department to handle all inter-division disputes and conflicts.

    • Interprets company and function specific policies and procedures, as required, to communicate with internal and external contacts in the daily execution of business; manages company and employee communication.

    • Ensures safe execution of all services provided in accordance with company safety policies, procedures, and practices. Understands and complies with company, client safety, and work standards enforcing them if crew members are not compliant.

    Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction, or related field. (Preferred) Equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.

    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience required (project manager background preferred)

    • Competent understanding of services for environmental and industrial segments; specifically, painting, scaffolding, and installation. Understands company pricing procedure, rates, and their application to specific scopes of work. Ability to estimate projects. Trains, directs, and evaluates subordinates regarding services knowledge to minimize risks.

    • Establishes staffing levels for project work based upon company operating plans, current workload, and future planned expansion.

    • Thorough understanding of process and business systems; enhances and edits business system functionality for efficiency and directs the accurate data entry and report generation of team members and subordinates. Ensures staff compliance with company process and systems requirements.

    • Advanced service line knowledge in multiple crafts such as insulation, scaffolding, and protective coatings

    • PMP Certification is preferred but not required

    • Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC)
