TEKsystems is currently supporting a client for their customer service position. This role will be supporting the customer service team with inbound calls regarding products and processing work orders. Applicants with the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.
Working with-in customer service department to support customer base
Answering incoming calls
Data entry via ERP
Internal department communication
Purchase order administration
Customer service experience
Microsoft office experience
Strong communication skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 8am-5:00pm
Contract position for 3-4 months, possible extension
