    As a CS Construction Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Provide CS project management to coordinate and plan a safe transition from temporary services in F9 to permanent, code compliant services and enable a smooth transition with no impact to operations.

    • Coordinate plans for upgrades of other facilities infrastructure to enable safe, code compliant work with no impact to operations.

    • Assist in safety and quality culture and defining project scope, budget, developing project timelines, and ensuring successful execution of construction projects.

    • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects.

    • Interface directly with construction general contractors through all project phases from bidding to project closeout.

    • Execute the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, project budgets, quality and change controls, and timeline of project approval requirements.

    • Review CSA, process, electrical, and mechanical designs associated with the construction of new sites or optimization of existing sites to ensure that the scope of work being designed is in alignment with the project scope baseline.

    • Ensure that deviations to scope are properly vetted per change control and trend processes.

    • Outline construction site architecture, document equipment requirements and conceptual designs, and maintain all other documentation related to project site.

    • Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.

    • Collaborate with teams to perform troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis onsite.

    • Develop project/program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelines.

    • Communicate anomalies to senior team members by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    The candidate must have at least one of the following

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 4+ years of experience with construction management on major industrial lab facilities and base build construction projects, contract management, schedule and budget development and management, change control, health and safety, construction means and methods, working on Intel or industry comparable electrical, instrumentation and controls and life safety systems infrastructure and understanding how they interface with other facilities infrastructure.

    • Master of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 4+ years of experience with construction management on major industrial lab facilities and base build construction projects, contract management, schedule and budget development and management, change control, health and safety, construction means and methods, working on Intel or industry comparable electrical, instrumentation and controls and life safety systems infrastructure and understanding how they interface with other facilities infrastructure.

    • 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience or equivalent construction leadership expertise will be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Expertise and demonstrated leadership in construction project management.

    Knowledge of the construction life cycle.
