Crew Supervisor II

Our client, an aluminum products company is seeking a Crew Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great leadership skills, Microsoft Office, lean manufacturing experience and problem solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CREW SUPERVISOR II

Location: Alcoa, TN

Schedule: Swing shift, 12 hour days.

What's the Job?

• Monitor production and information flow paths and production rates to ensure quotas are being met.

• Manage, lead, and be accountable for crew environmental, health, and safety performance and practices.

• Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans and tactical operations, including scheduling, crew assignments and overtime.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma. Bachelors or Associate Degree preferred.

• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.

• Requires a progressive thinker who can initiate change.

• Must be willing to submit to a background screening and drug testing.
