Center Manager

Currently seeking a Dialysis Nurse experienced in Home Therapies to join our Wellbound San Leandro Home Therapies Center as a Center Manager. Leadership experience preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Center Manager RN is a critically important role in the overall functioning of a clinic. The Center Manager RN maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the Home Therapies dialysis center. The Center Manager RN will achieve this by facilitating the care and education of patients while working with Wellbound employees, MDs, and other representatives. The Center Manager RN consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The Center Manager RN will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience:

• One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse and at least six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience. Experience with HHD or PD modalities a strong plus!

• Management or Supervisor experience strongly preferred.

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.

License/Certification:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)

$132,000 - $162,000, plus annual bonus potential

The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
