Join our dynamic team as a full-time Customer Service Representative at our onsite call center! As a key player in our organization, you'll provide exceptional service to our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding performance goals. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, either by phone, email, or live chat

• Provide timely follow up via outbound calls or email

• Document customer interations within CRM (data entry)

• Follow scripts and guidelines for consistent customer support

• Collaborate with team members and other administrative staff as needed

• Maintain professional verbal and written communication

Skills

• Telephone Etiquette

• Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)

• Call Center (2 years of experience is required)

• Spanish (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Active Listening
