    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for providing guidance to Finance and Operations Managers for the achievement of strategic and financial goals.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Supports Business Management in efforts to meet Market level financial goals and objectives.

    • Assists in the development of the annual business plan, incorporating corporate requirements while meeting Market business objectives.

    • Coordinates business management activity with FP&A team.

    • Analyzes, monitors, and reports Market financial performance.

    • Performs ad hoc analyses and reports to support requests from Finance and Market management.

    • Assists market-wide monthly revenue recognition process and cash flow management activities.

    • Coordinates SOX/ Internal Audit activity and ensures compliance with Corporate policies and procedures. Participates and/or provides information, when required, in the external audit process.

    • Coordinates the opening of job numbers and the booking of sales.

    • Provides administrative and financial support to Area Business Managers and participates in project mobilizations.

    • Collects and analyzes data, relates data to established guides, and evaluates the significance of the collected data.

    • Leads efforts to modernize business management operations.

    • Supports efforts to improve effectiveness of project level EAC forecasts.

    • Presents conclusions and makes recommendations by analyzing facts and conditions, and makes recommendations for corrections or improvements.

    • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    • 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent) and 8-10 years of related work experience. MBA preferred, but not required. ?

    • A thorough knowledge of Company and industry financial and contractual policies and practices is required.

    • Must also demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills, and proven leadership capability.

    • Must have in-depth understanding of all the business components within the Region and how they impact each other.

    • Must be able to formulate and successfully execute both strategic and tactical plans to enhance financial performance.

    • Proficient PC skills, including a working knowledge of various software packages related to field of expertise, are also required. ?

    Salary Range

    $117,000.00 - $210,600.00
