The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a part-time Banquet Bartender to join us at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

$16.00 - $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items

• Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions

• Maintain bar supplies and glasswareand know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available

• Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests

• Ensureall bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required

• Previous experience using computerized point of sale system required

• CA RBS Certification Required

• CA Food Handlers Card Required

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
