  • Our client, a local automotive service company is seeking a Service Writer to join their team. A The ideal candidate will have , great customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude and experience with industry-specific software, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Service Writer

    Location: Marietta, Ohio

    Pay Range: 17 an hour

    What's the Job?

    • Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics

    • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs

    • Using knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and services to customers

    • Provide information on warranty protections, potential cost savings

    • Manage and oversee workflow and schedule

    • Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times

    • Maintain a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

    • Proficiency with industry-specific software

    • Strong organization

    What's Needed?

    • Experience with industry-specific software

    • Organizational skills

    • Customer service experience

    • Working knowledge of parts and warranties
