    Job Description

    PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Compile hourly associates' attendance records in SAP.

    • Ensure time records are accurate and complete for payroll runs with direction from payroll.

    • Work with Human Resource Point Leaders to coordinate associate time exceptions.

    • Ensure that pay and attendance policies are standardized among workshops and departments

    • Provide additional administrative support to the work shop as needed.

    • Take functional, policy, and communication direction from PER.

    • Provide Human Resources feedback to and from the workshops on various issues.

    • Provide support on all approved leaves (FMLA, Personal, Military, etc.).

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, and high ethical standards.

    • Assertiveness and credibility to administer Human Resource policies and resolve confidential issues.

    • Effective communication skills.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Demonstrated computer skills.

    • Preferred Time Administration experience using Kronos.

    • Demonstrated understanding of pay practices and policies.

    • SAP experience is considered a plus.
