    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Quality Production Specialist (Product Acceptance Testing, PAT) working for the Quality Assurance team Germantown, MD.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Follows documented procedures to perform tests or inspections and collects data for evaluation of process equipment, software, solutions, products or materials

    • Assists with the development or improvement of inspection or test techniques

    • Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

    • Assists with review and validation of product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements

    • Supports analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes

    • Participates in the investigation to determine root cause of nonconformance of plans

    • Gathers data and provides recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products or processes

    • Assists with the development, modification and documentation of actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action

    • Assists in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submits for review

    • Participates and observes the validation associated with corrective action to assure nonconformance has been eliminated

    • Verifies internal replication systems adhere to Company and regulatory standards and procedures

    • Assists with internal audits

    • Assists in the creation of reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal distribution

    • Works under general supervision

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    • 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing or quality environment

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 1+ year of experience in quality inspection

    • 1+ year of experience in data analysis and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA)

    • ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification

    Typical Education & Experience:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Relocation:

    Summary pay range: USD 69,700 - 94,300
