JOB SUMMARY:

Manages asset control and integrity for specific districts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure asset tracking system is utilized in order to maintain real-time asset inventories.

• Provide technical support to end users of asset control system.

• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to district yards, district rigs and vendor yards as required.

• Ensure assets in districts are tagged and in compliance to corporate policy.

• Update district assets in asset system (correcting makes, models, serial #'s, etc...)

• Report accuracy and utilization of end users in district.

• Responsible for the direction, training, and compliance of the end users in district.

• Support Pipe Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of asset/inventory control.

• Knowledge of oilfield equipment a plus.

• Knowledge of Drilling Rigs a plus.

• Knowledge of RFID

• High School Diploma or higher

• Computer proficiency in current versions of Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to quickly learn multiple computer software systems.

• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively deal with problems under pressure.

• Travel within district is a must.
