    National Account Manager - Home Depot


    The National Account Manager is responsible for developing new business strategies aligned with our objectives as well as our largest customer, The Home Depot. This position will maintain and strengthen our long-time partnership and relationships at Home Depot to include Merchants, VP's and other cross functional departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and grow our strategic partnership and relationships at Home Depot - includes various departments (Hardware, electrical, visual merchandising, MET, ~~~, Supply Chain, etc).

    • Key contact with Merchants

    • Create and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets around share growth and introduction of new solutions

    • Strong leadership with negotiations (pricing, programs, assortments, contracts, etc.)

    • Advocate for both our customer's needs and align with our Corporate strategies

    • Cross functional leadership - collaborate internally with cross functional teams for alignment on business strategies and objectives (Product Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)

    • Provide comprehensive reports to Home Depot and internally on project updates and state of the business

    • Work with Field Team to ensure flawless execution of projects, resets, and in-store events

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or Marketing

    • Minimum seven years of sales experience specifically with Home Depot, including four years account management and business development

    • Strong background in strategic business development and negotiation skills

    • Strong networking and relationship building skills

    • Highly motivated and organized with excellent presentation skills

    • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively leveraging resources across multiple functions and geographies

    • Understanding of manufacturing, operations, and product lifecycle management

    • Ability to travel 75% nationally

    • Position located in Atlanta
